HOW TO GET ANSWERS TO YOUR PRAYERS

"If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you." John 15:7

Everyone desires to see God answering their prayers. We pray every day, but not everything we pray for is answered by God. Even for you, you have probably asked God for things that He hasn't answered yet.

The absence of God in your heart is one of the reasons why your prayers are not answered. This scripture shows us God's promise to answer our prayers, but God has set conditions. The condition is "If you remain in me and my words remain in you" then "ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you."

God cannot do something that goes against His Word. That’s why He says, "If you remain in Him and His words remain in you", the Word of God will equip you with understanding and guidance to pray according to His will. James 4:3 says, "When you ask, you do not receive because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures."

Also, when He says "If you remain in me," it is very important to always stay in Christ because in Him is the inheritance of the riches and glory of God. Romans 8:17 says, "Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ." So whatever God gives you, it is because of Christ who lives in you. The things you receive from God belong to Christ; you qualify to have them because you are co-heirs with Christ.

Therefore, it is very important to keep praying to God and depending on Him, but know that there are principles and laws He has set to govern his kingdom. If you follow them, your prayers will be answered. Also, remember every prayer you pray and request you make must be supported by scripture.

Prayer: Lord Jesus, I ask you to hold my hand so I may not be far from you. Help me to keep your word in my heart so that my prayers may find favour with you. Amen.
