DON’T GIVE UP, ENDURE AND BE PATIENT
"But if you endure suffering for doing good, this is commendable before God." — 1 Peter 2:20
When God tells you to trust Him, know that there will be times when your faith is tested and your dreams might seem out of reach. You may even feel like giving up, but today I encourage you: Never give up!
Giving up means you’ve decided that God has failed and can’t help you anymore. It means you believe God is not faithful and that His promises won’t come to pass. When you give up, you stop relying on God and choose to depend on your own strength instead.
But remember, your strength and abilities have limits. Before you make the decision to give up, ask yourself: What happens if I quit? What will follow? Are you ready to let the enemy win? Will you allow evil to triumph? You need to realize that you’re the only one who can make the right decision to keep going, whether it’s in your job, marriage, or family.
If you’re considering giving up on your family or marriage, think about the impact on your children. What will happen to your loved ones? If you’re the one they depend on, there’s no one else who can do what you’re doing. If you quit, no one will step in to take your place.
I encourage you in the name of Jesus: Keep moving forward. Heaven is on your side. Don’t focus on those who oppose you or speak against you. Remember that God has trusted you with this responsibility, giving you the strength and ability to fulfill it. Don’t stop doing what God has called you to do because of people’s opinions.
Where your blessings are, challenges are often the greatest. Anything with a testimony comes with battles. If you’re not patient, you may miss out on the blessings God has prepared for you, and His plans for your life may be delayed.
Many people give up just before overcoming their challenges. Don’t let that happen to you! Stop focusing on your current hardships because you can’t see the full picture that God sees. Instead, trust His promises, stand firm, and keep moving forward.
Prayer: Jesus, give me the strength to overcome this challenge. Help me to be patient and trust in You. Amen.
