GOD WILL GIVE YOU STRENGTH TO MOVE FORWARD, AND YOU WILL LIVE IN PEACE
"The LORD gives strength to His people; the LORD blesses His people with peace." – Psalm 29:11 (NIV)
There are times when you go through challenges and difficult trials to the point where you don’t know what tomorrow will bring. Your heart is heavy with pain, and you feel like giving up on life. You see no reason to keep going, and your soul is weighed down, losing the strength to move forward. You have done your best with your human effort, prayed, given offerings, and even shared your struggles with servants of God who prayed for you, yet the situation continues to worsen.
This does not mean that God has abandoned you. In every trial you face, there is a lesson that God wants you to learn. He wants you to depend on Him for everything. Sometimes things become difficult because we want God to do things our way and on our terms. So when things are not working out as you expect, it could be because it is not God’s purpose for you. You may struggle until you finally understand His plan.
Once you recognize God’s purpose and learn what He wants to teach you, He will come and give you new strength and peace to move forward. What I want to assure you today is this: if you fully trust in God, He will guide you. Even in your most difficult trials, know that He will eventually bring you out safely. If you have lost hope, remember that "The LORD gives strength to His people." And what He will give you will be full of blessings and peace.
So, do not give up! His Word says:
"He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." – Isaiah 40:29-31 (NIV)
Prayer: Lord Jesus, help me to trust in You. I ask for new strength and renewed hope in my life. Fill me with fresh power through the Holy Spirit. Amen.
