THE BATTLE IS NOT YOURS, THE BATTLE BELONGS TO THE LORD

 "With God's help, we will do mighty things, for He will trample down our foes." – Psalm 60:12 (NLT)


God works through His people here on earth, and the greatest battle is between the Kingdom of God and the kingdom of darkness. Just as Satan has his agents, God also has His own. However, God has given us a greater honor and a higher position by making us His children.

One thing many people forget, especially when facing challenges, is their identity. We forget that we are children of God. Colossians 3:12 reminds us: "Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved..."  If God loves you, it means He wants you to prosper and to reach higher levels.

In today’s scripture, we see that David understood this and knew that God was always with him to help him do great things. That is why he boldly declares, "With God's help, we will do mighty things." You must recognize and be confident that God created you for great things. It is not wrong, nor is it arrogance, to desire great success. You are a child of God, and you deserve it.

David continues to say, "For He will trample down our foes."  Your enemies want you to remain low, to suffer, and to struggle. The world often turns against God’s people, opposing them in everything they do and trying to make them appear unworthy. Sometimes, you will be falsely accused, criticized, and discouraged. But what your enemies do not know is that we have a Father. 

You are a child of God, and your Father will fight for you. He will not allow His child to be destroyed or suffer needlessly. He will bless you with abundant and glorious blessings, and those who sought your downfall will be amazed at how greatly He lifts you. If anyone stands in your way, our Father will deal with them, because the battle is not yours; it belongs to the LORD. He will trample your enemies underfoot.

Prayer: Thank You, LORD, for Your love for me. I know You are with me to give me victory and bless me. Today, I surrender all my battles into Your hands. Amen.

THE WISEST THING TO DO IN YOUR LIFE

DO NOT COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERS

  "I know what it is to be poor or to have plenty, and I have lived under all kinds of conditions. I know what it means to be full or to be hungry, to have too much or too little.
