GOD IS FAITHFUL — DON'T STOP PRAYING

 In my distress I called upon the Lord, And cried out to my God; He heard my voice from His temple, And my cry came before Him, even to His ears. Psalm 18:6 NKJV

The first important thing I want you to know is this: if you depend on God, there is no prayer you make that is insignificant before Him. God hears every prayer we make. Even if it's just a one-minute prayer, it's still a prayer—and you can be sure God will hear it.

Now, in this scripture, David says: "In my distress, I called upon the Lord." There are times when you go through tough challenges and troubles, and your heart becomes heavy or hurt to the point that you struggle to pray. But here, we see David in his distress calling upon the Lord.

The lesson here is this: Never let any trouble stop you from praying. Don't let any person stop you from praying. Never allow anyone to be a hindrance to your prayer life. Some people are fasting and praying, but they stop their fast because someone annoyed them. They find themselves irritated by someone so much that they lose the will to pray. Or they face some challenges that discourage them until they feel there's no reason to continue praying.

But actually, when you’re in trouble, that’s the best time to pray. Even if it’s just a one-minute or a few-second prayer—just pray. This verse gives you the assurance that your cry will reach God. Because sometimes, you don't even have words to pray, but even your cry—God hears it, if you're crying out to Him.

There is a difference between crying because of the pain you're going through and crying out to God. What you need to do is pour out your heart before God, even if it is only crying.

So, my message to you today is this: God is faithful—don’t stop praying. Make the effort. Prayer is a decision, not a matter of feelings. If you do so, God will hear you and answer you quickly.
