DON’T FOCUS ON YOUR PROBLEM, FOCUS ON GOD'S POWER
Psalms 56:3 (NKJV) says: “Whenever I am afraid, I will trust in You.”
The secret to overcoming fear is placing our trust in God. Fear is natural when challenges rise, but the key is where you direct your focus. If you look at your problem, fear grows stronger. If you look at God, faith rises, peace enters, and miracles happen. Trust is the bridge that moves us from worry to victory.
One gospel minister shared a powerful testimony. He faced a serious health challenge. When he went to the hospital, the doctor gave him a terrible report. His heart sank, and fear gripped him deeply. When he got home, he did not even know how to pray. In his confusion, he asked the Holy Spirit to guide him. The Holy Spirit whispered to him: “Do not pray. Meditate on the miracles God did in the Bible.”
So he opened his Bible and began to read about God’s mighty acts, the Red Sea parting, the blind receiving sight, the dead being raised, and the sick being healed. As he meditated on God’s power, the fear began to fade away. The more he focused on God’s miracles, the more peace he felt. In a short time, he started feeling stronger. After a few days, he was completely healed.
This happened because he shifted his focus from his problem to God. The power of God is always greater than the power of sickness, fear, or any challenge. Some of you today, if you get any symptoms of a disease, you start to search on Google about that disease. What you don't know is, as you see the images and effects of your disease, Fear increases, and you feel you will never be okay.
I want to tell you science has explanations for almost everything but it doesn't have solutions to all problems. God is the answer to any problem you have. Turn your eyes to God, not your problems. Whether it is health, marriage, financial struggles, or family issues, focus on His greatness, not the size of your situation.
When you magnify God in your heart, your problems shrink. His power is more than enough to save, heal, and provide for you.
