STRENGTH TO MOVE FOWARD: (ENDURANCE IN TRIALS)
Isaiah 40:31 says: “But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.” This verse speaks about two levels of divine empowerment: the strength to endure and the strength to move forward. Waiting on God means trusting Him in the midst of trials, holding on even when nothing seems to change. It is a spiritual posture of hope, faith, and patience, knowing that God will not fail you.
This week we focus on how to gain strength to move forward. Yesterday, we saw that it is not by might or power, but by the Spirit of God (Zechariah 4:6 NKJV).
Strength to move forward is a reward for those who endure. Endurance is the ability to remain calm and faithful when life feels stuck—when friends succeed, marriages blossom, careers thrive, and yet your prayers seem unanswered. God may allow this season to teach you trust, humility, and faithfulness.
Isaiah 40:31 tells us that those who wait on God their strength will be renewed. After enduring trials, God gives fresh strength—a divine push to rise above challenges, run without weariness, and walk without fainting.
I decree and declare to you today: as you enter September, God is renewing your strength. You will not end this year as a failure but as a testimony of His power. Your faith is rising again; your hope is restored. The Holy Spirit will empower you to overcome every challenge that has held you for years.
Declare today: *"It is not by might nor by power but by the Spirit of God! I am rising up again. I will run and not be weary, I will walk and not faint.”**
Prayer: Lord, renew my strength and help me rise above trials in Your power.
