TRUST GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART
Proverbs 3:5-6 (NKJV) says: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.”
One of the biggest reasons for doubt in our hearts is when we cannot see how we will become the person we desire to be or how we will accomplish what we want to do. Because of the size of your dream, vision, or calling, there will always be a moment when you begin to doubt yourself, wondering if you are truly worthy or capable of fulfilling it.
When I was still finding myself in ministry, I went to the mountain to fast and pray. At that moment in my life, I had many doubts because what I wanted to do was so different from where I was. What I wanted to become was the complete opposite of who I was at that time. I was struggling with many things, weaknesses in both the flesh and spirit, family patterns, and generational curses.
While I was fasting on the mountain, I had many questions without answers. One day, a man also came to the mountain to pray. I felt in my spirit to go and talk to him, and I sensed a loving spirit in him. As we talked, I asked him to give me one scripture that could help me as a young man. He gave me this verse: Proverbs 3:5–6.
That verse changed my life. From that moment, I realized that my doubts existed because I did not fully trust God with all my heart. Part of me trusted Him, but another part did not. Then I understood—it was not about me, but about God. Because my mind could not see how I would become what I desired, I had to shift my trust completely to God.
I decided to trust in God and have confidence in myself, knowing that He had called me and chosen me for a purpose. It was not about my perfection; it was about His will. My confidence grew when I chose to humble myself before God and commit everything to Him, saying “Yes” to His will even though I did not know how I would get there.
As I began praying with that verse, I started to gain confidence in myself, and everything slowly began to fall into place. Though the progress was small, it was real. Today, as you read this message thousands of kilometers away, I can testify that it was not by my own understanding, it was God who directed my paths.
If you want to have confidence to achieve your goals or fulfill the calling of God upon your life, trust God with all your heart. He will show you what to do and how to do it, and surely you will reach where you are meant to go. Obedience to God is the only key that can break every limit and boundary in your life.
Today, I can boldly testify that the messages I post daily are read by thousands of people across the world. I receive feedback and testimonies from different countries and continents every day. It is not my doing it is God. And if He did it for me, He can do it for you too.
Prayer: Lord, teach me to trust You fully with all my heart, and direct my path according to Your will.
