EMPOWERMENT TO DO GOD’S WILL

 Hebrews 13:21 (NLT) is a powerful prayer and promise: “May he equip you with all you need for doing his will. May he produce in you, through the power of Jesus Christ, every good thing that is pleasing to him. All glory to him forever and ever! Amen.”


God never calls us to do something without also giving us the ability to do it. God’s will always comes with God’s power. He equips us from the inside out, working through Jesus Christ to shape our actions, desires, and results. Everything He produces in us is good, meaningful, and pleasing to Him. Our role is to trust Him and walk forward in faith.

As we continue to pray for this year of 2026, I want you to know this truth: it is God’s plan to empower you so that you can do His will. You are not entering this year empty-handed. God is intentional about your life, and He is committed to giving you what you need to succeed in His purpose.

Some of you already know God’s will for your life. When we talk about God’s will, we are talking about things that have been given a green light by God. These are the things He wants you to do or to have. God is not confused about your future, and He is not holding back good things from you.

God’s will in general is for you to live a peaceful, prosperous, and impactful life. If you have a business idea, desire a promotion, seek employment, or want to start or finish a project, it is God’s will that you prosper in what you do. God takes pleasure in seeing His children move forward and succeed.

It is God’s will for you to have a good family, a husband or wife, and children. It is God’s will for you to have good health. The verse says, “May he produce in you every good thing that is pleasing to him.” God is pleased when you are healthy, when your needs are met, and when your home is filled with peace.

Now God is equipping you. He is empowering you spiritually to overcome opposition, restoring your health with healing power, and equipping you financially to accomplish your goals this year. This is my prayer for you: may God equip you with all you need to do His will, through the power of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Prayer: Lord, equip me with Your power to do Your will and please You always.

THE WISEST THING TO DO IN YOUR LIFE

  Daniel 12:3 (GNT) says, “The wise leaders will shine with all the brightness of the sky. And those who have taught many people to do what is right will shine like the stars forever.” This verse speaks about the reward God will give His faithful people on the last day. WISDOM TO MAKE RIGHT DECISIONS

  James 1:5 NKJV says, “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.”   God is the true source of wisdom. This verse begins by saying "if any of you lacks wisdom,"  meaning God knows there are moments when even His children do not understand what to do. Wisdom is not automatic. It must be asked for. God welcomes you to ask Him because He gives generously. He does not judge, condemn, or shame you for not knowing. He does not accuse you for lacking understanding.
