GOD WILL GIVE YOU STRENGTH TO MOVE FORWARD, AND YOU WILL LIVE IN PEACE

"The LORD gives strength to His people; the LORD blesses His people with peace." – Psalm 29:11 (NIV) There are times when you go through challenges and difficult trials to the point where you don’t know what tomorrow will bring. Your heart is heavy with pain, and you feel like giving up on life. You see no reason to keep going, and your soul is weighed down, losing the strength to move forward. You have done your best with your human effort, prayed, given offerings, and even shared your struggles with servants of God who prayed for you, yet the situation continues to worsen. This does not mean that God has abandoned you. In every trial you face, there is a lesson that God wants you to learn. He wants you to depend on Him for everything. Sometimes things become difficult because we want God to do things our way and on our terms. So when things are not working out as you expect, it could be because it is not God’s purpose for you. You may struggle until you finally understand...

DO NOT STEAL: A GUIDE TO ECONOMIC SUCCESS

"Let the thief no longer steal, but rather let him labor, doing honest work with his own hands, so that he may have something to share with anyone in need." – Ephesians 4:28 (ESV) One of the commandments that God gave us is not to steal. Exodus 20:15 says, "You shall not steal."  However, in today's world, many people take this command lightly and find various excuses to justify what God has forbidden, including stealing. Some say, "I steal because God knows I am in need." One day, I was with a fellow Christian from my church. After a service, we were in a car together when he received a phone call. He was talking to a coworker, planning how to steal something from their workplace. After the call, I told him, "You know stealing is wrong and a sin, right?" He replied, "It’s not a big deal. Even God understands that if I steal this thing, I will use it for something good." He went on to say, "Stealing is only bad if you waste w...

GOD'S PLANS FOR YOUR LIFE WILL BE FULFILLED

"The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the plans of His heart to all generations." – Psalm 33:11 As human beings, we make many plans, and it is normal for some of them not to come to pass. Unexpected events beyond our control often disrupt our goals and plans, leading to loss, pain, and regret. But with our God, things are different. He is God, and His plans must be fulfilled. There is nothing on earth and no one who can stand against God's purpose. That is why today's scripture says: "The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the plans of His heart to all generations." What you need to do in your life is ensure that you do not rely solely on your own plans. Seek God and ask Him to reveal His purpose for your life. Ask Him to show you what He wants you to do. When you align yourself with God's purpose, you become unstoppable because what you do is no longer just your own effort—it becomes God's mission through you. Therefore, the way to achieve las...

DO NOT COMPLAIN, GOD HAS NOT FORSAKEN YOU

DO NOT COMPLAIN, GOD HAS NOT FORSAKEN YOU “Do everything without grumbling or arguing” – Philippians 2:14 (NIV) When God created you, He made you with a special purpose, and in your life, there is God's timing for everything you need. How you live your daily life and the actions you take each day determine what your future will look like. Today's Word of God teaches us to do everything without complaining or arguing. Complaints remove God's blessing from what you have done, even if it was a good deed. When you help your family, friends, or fulfill a family responsibility, do it with love, not complaints. The Word of God says: “Let all that you do be done in love.” – 1 Corinthians 16:14 (ESV) The second lesson we learn from this verse, and which has been a struggle for many, is complaining against God. This Word was specifically written for the Corinthians who were saved and believed in Jesus. Many Christians complain about each other and even about God. The Amplifie...

Decide to Believe

"Did I not say to you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?" —John 11:40   Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, leaving you at the point of despair. Whether it’s emotional pain, physical struggles, or waiting too long for God’s intervention, the weight can seem unbearable. In moments like these, it’s easy to cry out, “Lord, I can’t do this anymore!” But take heart—these seasons of difficulty are not without purpose. They are opportunities for God to stretch your faith and reveal His glory. Just as Jesus comforted Martha in John 11:40, He is inviting you to trust Him today. Belief is not about denying the pain or pretending everything is fine. It’s about shifting your focus to what God can do. Faith is a decision—a choice to trust in God’s power, even when your circumstances seem impossible. When you choose to believe, you open the door for God to work. He may not change your situation immediately, but He will give you peace that surpasses understanding (Ph...

The Benefits of Being Led by God

“Lead me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation.” – Psalm 25:5 Being led by God is one of life’s greatest blessings. In Psalm 25:5, David asks God to lead and teach him, recognizing that God’s guidance brings wisdom, peace, and purpose. Let’s explore the key benefits of being led by God and how His leadership can transform your life. 1. Guidance in Truth When God leads you, He directs you toward truth in a world filled with confusion. His Word and Spirit provide clarity and wisdom, helping you make righteous decisions. “But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth” (John 16:13).  Trusting God’s truth keeps you on the path of righteousness. 2. Spiritual Growth God doesn’t just lead; He teaches you His ways. As you follow Him, He reveals His character and will, helping you grow spiritually and live in obedience. “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with My loving eye on you” (P...

Love Each Other Deeply

“Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.” – 1 Peter 4:8 The Bible calls you to live in love and unity with others. In 1 Peter 4:8, the emphasis is on making love a top priority in your relationships. This kind of love is not passive; it requires effort, patience, and forgiveness. Let’s see what it means to love deeply and how it can transform your life. What Does "Love Each Other Deeply" Mean? To love deeply means to love with commitment and perseverance. It’s not just about warm feelings but about showing patience, care, and forgiveness even when it’s hard. This love is strong and enduring, like running a race—you keep going, even when it’s challenging. It takes work, but it builds lasting, meaningful relationships. How Does Love "Cover a Multitude of Sins"? Loving deeply allows you to forgive others’ mistakes. Instead of holding onto anger or letting small issues grow into big conflicts, you choose to let go of grudges. T...

Gratitude in All Circumstances

“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:18 Gratitude is a cornerstone of the Christian life. This verse from Paul’s letter reminds us to give thanks not just in good times, but in every situation. Such gratitude reflects unwavering trust in God’s sovereignty and goodness, no matter the challenges we face. Gratitude is more than a feeling—it’s an act of worship. “Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise”  (Psalm 100:4) reminds us that thanksgiving brings us into God’s presence. When we thank God, we acknowledge His character, His blessings, and His work in our lives. Gratitude shifts our focus from ourselves to God, deepening our relationship with Him and honoring His faithfulness. True gratitude begins with recognizing that every blessing comes from God. “Every good and perfect gift is from above”  (James 1:17). By acknowledging God as the source of all we have—our life, health, and salv...
